DELIVERY FORM
How to order:
1. Please fill out the form below
2. Deliveries go out Wednesdays and orders must be in by Tuesday at 5pm.
3. On the morning of your delivery date, someone will be in touch to confirm your total and process your payment. The receipt will be attached to your delivery.
4. There is a minimum 4 bottle order for delivery.
5. We are doing contactless delivery... wine will be delivered between 1-7pm and will be left at the front door after knocking/ ringing the bell.
6. When filling out the deliver address, please ensure to specify the area of the city (ex: Kanata, Byward Market, Rockland) to help our drivers plan their route
7. For E-transfers, please send payments to denis.perrault@sympatico.ca and make the password: perrault
