Domaine Perrault is an Ontario vineyard consisting of 6,000 vines of approximately 10 hybrid varieties. The principal winemaker, Marcel Sarrazin, took his retirement in September of 2008 and has since been replaced by Bernard Martineau, an Ottawa-renowned oenologist. Bernard impresses wine drinkers with his ability to produce full bodied red wines, wonderful refreshing rosés and delicate white wines with a soft taste of peach and strawberries.
